Private and duet sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. A late cancel/reschedule or no-show will result in the full charge of the session, or in the forfeit of one session from a purchased package. Each student is allotted one late cancel pass f

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
STUDIO POLICIES
New students should arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled session to fill out any necessary forms/paperwork.

Please help us keep our studio clean by removing your shoes upon entrance.

If you arrive early to a session, please be respectful of other clients and refrain from talking.
FORMS & WAIVERS
All students MUST fill out the Medical Release Form and Liability Release Form prior to participating in any Pilates on Seventh program. Forms can be completed online at the time of booking, or in person before your session.
